Grown at 1,200–1,600 meters above sea level on volcanic loam soil in Bali, Indonesia, these beans carry the unmistakable character of their terroir. Hand-picked by smallholder farmers from the Kintamani region, then wet-hulled and dried on raised beds, each pod delivers a cup that's as intentional as it is delicious.

Expect a bold yet balanced medium-dark roast with layers of dark chocolate, molasses, and brown sugar — rich and warming without being bitter. The Bourbon, Typica, and Catimor varieties bring complexity and a smooth, lingering finish.
