Aurora Coffee Return & Refund Policy

Because our coffee and tea products are consumable goods, we do not accept returns once orders have been shipped.

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will gladly send a replacement or resolve the issue.
